"From what we get, we can make a living. What we give, however, makes a life."
Arthur Ashe, professional tennis player, said it best. Another professional sports player has made Ashe's wise words the foundation of his foundation. Moorhead native and NHL Player Matt Cullen and his wife Bridget founded the Cullen Children's Foundation in 2003.
As a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, we financially assist children's healthcare organizations within the Fargo-Moorhead and surrounding area.
We provide financial resources to organizations that support children's healthcare needs, with an emphasis on cancer.
The core values that drive the Cullen Children's Foundation are integrity, selflessness and respect. We strive to uphold those values in every facet of our foundation.
- Improve the quality of life for children and their families, who are dealing with cancer or life threatening diseases.
- Increase awareness of children's healthcare issues, focusing on cancer.
